Terms and Conditions Welcome to Happy Be Tours ! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By booking a trip through our website, you agree to these terms.

1. General Information

  • We offer safari tours, sea trips, and cultural excursions to Luxor and Aswan.
  • All trips are subject to availability and require prior booking.
  • A minimum number of participants may be required for certain tours.
  • The minimum number of participants for an excursion is 2 people.
  • Youths up to the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Participation is only possible from the age of 4.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Customers can book trips through our website using a secure payment system.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations 48 hours or more before departure: Full refund.
  • Cancellations 24-48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows: No refund.
  • If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, low participation, etc.), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Changes to Booking

  • Customers can request changes to their booking at least 48 hours before departure.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate personal details when booking.
  • Travelers should have valid identification and necessary travel documents.
  • Customers must follow the safety guidelines provided by our tour guides.
  • We are not responsible for injuries, lost belongings, or delays due to external factors.
  • You do not need a driver's license to ride a quad. Before starting the ride, you will receive comprehensive training on how to handle the quad and the necessary safety measures.
  • During this desert tour, you will be accompanied by an experienced tour guide who will safely lead you through the desert.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • At HAPPY BE TOURS, we take responsibility for ensuring that our clients have an enjoyable and safe experience on our tours. However, we do not own or manage the aircraft, accommodations, restaurants, or other facilities used in conjunction with the tours arranged.
  • While we have exercised care in selecting providers of travel, accommodation, restaurants, and other facilities, we have not had the opportunity to inspect and do not represent that such facilities and services have been inspected.
  • Should any member of your party suffer illness, injury, or death through misadventure arising out of an activity that is not part of the holiday arranged by HAPPY BE TOURS, we cannot accept liability. We will offer general assistance where appropriate.
  • No refund will be made on unused tickets for travel, sporting events, or other activities unless a refund can be obtained from the carrier or provider.

7. Children's Policy

  • Children under 5 years old travel free of charge.
  • Children between 5 and 10 years old receive a 50% discount on the tour cost.
  • Children over 10 years old are charged at full price.

8. Privacy & Cookies Policy

  • We collect personal information for booking purposes only.
  • Your information will not be shared with third parties except for processing payments and bookings.
  • Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience and analyze website traffic.

9. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or any events beyond our control.

10. Clothing Recommendations

  • Wear comfortable clothing such as shorts, a T-shirt, and closed shoes during the summer months.
  • In the winter months (December - January - February), it can get cooler in the desert, so you should bring a light jacket.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Egypt .
